a) Models: CKG-40 and custom built; b) Capacity: 40 tons; c) Number of rotators required: one power rotator and three idler rotators; d) Features: The vessel sits on a chain covered with heavy duty rubber. Work piece never touches the rotator’s wheels to avoid indentation, scratches or any other damage because it’s thin wall. Power rotator has 40 ton rotation capacity, and 10 load capacity. Idler Rotator has 10 tons load capacity; e) Fit up process: First shell sits on one power and one idler; Second shell sits on two idlers. After fit up, move ahead the three idlers rotators, then assemble the following shell; f) Vessel diameter range: As customer request; g) Variable speed on power rotator: 100 up to 1, 000 mm/min; h) Non motorized bogies: Included. Buyer should install tracks as long as required
